These terms and conditions apply to Blossom's promotional offers, including the Referral Program and the First Funding Reward. They are in addition to Blossom's general Terms and Conditions and, where relevant, the Product Disclosure Statement for Blossom Fund (PDS) and its Target Market Determination (TMD).
By participating in any Blossom promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility
You must have a funded Blossom account to refer others. Each referred friend must use your unique referral link and open an Eligible Account with Blossom.
Referral Bonuses
Only one referral bonus is payable per referral. The amount of the bonus paid depends on which type of Blossom account is funded first.

You can choose to donate your bonus to the Garvan Institute or have trees planted on your behalf, instead of receiving the bonus.
Blossom may offer new customers a reward for funding their Blossom account within a set time after their account is approved for funding (the First Funding Reward). If you elect to claim a First Funding Reward, you agree to these terms in addition to Blossom's general Terms and Conditions.
The Reward
The First Funding Reward is AUD $10, credited by Blossom to the eligible customer's Blossom account. The reward amount and qualifying conditions may change from time to time, as communicated in the relevant promotional material or offer.

To qualify for the First Funding Reward, you must meet all of the following:
Qualifying Funding
A Qualifying Funding is when you fund your individual Blossom Save account with at least the minimum amount stated above, through the Blossom platform, using an accepted funding method (see below)

The following funding methods qualify for the First Funding Reward:
Timing - how the 24-hour window works
Some funding methods can take time to settle - for example, Direct Debit can take a few business days, and PayID transfers for new customers may be held for up to 24 hours. In all cases, provided your qualifying funding request of at least $50 is made within 24 hours of your account being approved for funding, you remain eligible even if the funds land after the window has passed. The reward is paid once the funds have successfully landed.
Crediting the Reward
Once your funds have landed and your eligibility is confirmed (including that this is your first funded account and all other criteria are met), Blossom will credit the $10 reward to your Blossom Save account within a few business days.
The Referral Program and the First Funding Reward are separate offers. A referred customer may be eligible to earn both the referral bonus (as the referred friend) and the First Funding Reward in respect of the same qualifying funding, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for each.
Proper Purpose
Blossom reserves the right not to grant, and to reverse, a reward where in its reasonable opinion and sole discretion it believes an account was not established, or a funding was not made, for a proper purpose. A proper purpose includes establishing and funding an account with a genuine intention to save or invest with Blossom. It does not include establishing or funding an account for the sole aim of claiming a reward, for the participant or for someone else.
Governing Law: The Referral Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and must be construed in accordance with the laws in force in NSW, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand.
